Agreement

By placing an order with BestIPTVLite, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

The Service

BestIPTVLite provides an IPTV subscription service granting access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content via internet streaming. Subscription credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes login) are delivered digitally by email.

Payment

We operate a Pay by Invoice system. When you place your order, our team will contact you within 1 to 4 hours via WhatsApp or email to confirm and collect payment. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and card payments.

Your subscription is not activated until payment is confirmed and received. Credentials will be delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Subscription Delivery

Subscription credentials are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Same-day activation is guaranteed once payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your credentials within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team immediately.

Acceptable Use

  • One subscription is for personal, household use only
  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing credentials outside your household is strictly prohibited
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose in your country of residence
  • Any abuse of the service may result in immediate termination without refund

Account Termination

BestIPTVLite reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription at any time if these terms are violated. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Service Modifications

BestIPTVLite reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, channel availability, and features at any time. Existing active subscriptions will not be affected within their current paid period.

Limitation of Liability

BestIPTVLite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
